Our team’s residential experience is grounded in understanding buildings and the people who rely on them.
That background includes a property maintenance business established in 2003, before Vanguard Built, and work with property managers that grew into larger construction projects.
Experience in remedial construction, renovations and new builds brings a practical understanding of building condition and the work involved in repairing or transforming a property.
We bring this knowledge and a focus on lasting relationships to the way Vanguard Built plans and delivers its work.
